Melbourne Dentist Clinic

I called today to make an enquiry for quote. When I asked how I could make an online appointment, the receptionist could not tell me what the websites were. She said"I do not remember all websites, we have 4 websites for the City office and 2 for Box Hill office. How can I remember all of those? " Then I indicated that you acted very unprofessionally, based on your information, I do not feel trusted. I might look for a second option. She then relaied as you are insane, idoit. Then she just hung up. Incredibly rude and unmannered. I do not think I could trust this clinic for their unprofessional conduct and even verbally abuse client as an idoit!

Great , professional, patient. Explained everything calmly. Had my teeth cleaned pain free because he was so gentle. I avoided getting it done because my previous experiences with cleaning were veryrough and painful. Thanks Dr Lee or Dr Chang (I think that was his name) Going tomorrow to get mercury filling taken out and replaced. I feel confident that it will be the same professional experience.

I found this clinic to be modern professional and all and all highly sensitive and accommodating to the consumers needs. Dr Rahimi proved to be an invaluable professional educating me in the realistic state of my gums and teeth. The receptionist at the clinic and a dental nurse proved to be sensitive warm gentle and kind as did Dr Rahimi.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking excellent care and service - thank you very much - I'll be back very soon!

Went to see Dr. Ivan today as i had to get a filling replaced asap and he was lovely. He was thorough, explained details of what he was going, always checking if i was ok and also a perfecrionist with his work. Very happy client who may make this clinic my regular.

I had such a great experience! Totally stress free, super informative and helpful, and absolutely no pain on my Root Canal therapy. All 3 visits were well looked after, and professional and friendly Doctor & Staff. Have been recommending you everywhere, will revisit for next dental needs.

Had endless troubles with this dental office. After researching crown pricing online and email correspondence to answer questions, booked an appt and found out the pricing is only offered by some of their dentists so pls make sure you check. Also, lots of misinformation - booked a family appt at their suggestion but when got there was told no such thing exists, and only one appt so either my son or i would have to wait for an avail slot. Was told that the crown special would include xrays, but then why did we have to come back with our own xrays? Worst of all, the dentist cut my tongue badly and didn't even apologize - my fault because my tongue is too big! Stay away.

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. In particular, Dr Rahami was very gentle and honest about my need for crowns. I now have beautiful crowns, and had no pain at all. In fact I nearly went to sleep whilst he was fitting them!
