Decided to go with these guys based on the high ratings and they definitely lived up to their trustworthiness. The plumber came out to replace the old sink and mixer tap. Great throughout the service. The installation was scheduled a week later and parts ordered arrived on time. Communication was excellent. Updated with all information. If you need a plumber who doesn't waste your time and provide with best solutions, here they are, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Definitely five star rating for this team. I bumped into a complicated sewerage blockage and called in few different plumbers but ended up with no success. Later found this blokes and up on first visit plumber came up with best solutions. The very next day the team arrived and worked for 6 hours. The work was with minimum fuss and uninterrupted. Really impressed with their professionalism. No hidden charge, honest and client friendly service. Great job guys.

We noticed a leak around the hot water unit, and off course this happened on Sunday. Fearing the worse, I called Priority one plumbing and booked them to come the next morning. The plumber came out the next day to check the issue, he clearly explained what the issue was and fixed it. Turns out it was not the hot water system that was leaking, the quote was cheaper than expected.

I called P1 Plumbing and Electrical after I walked into my flooded toilet, and since it was the only toilet in the property I needed it fixed asap. Within an hour of calling, plumber arrived at my door. He was extremely professional and kind. He went over the options with me and was completely upfront with pricing. He truly saved the day...and my toilet as well. I have used this company before and each time they have been amazing. Their visit today confirmed that this is the only plumbing company I will ever use! Thank you!

I observed my hot water tank was leaking and began researching various plumbing companies in the tri-state area. Friday evening, I reached out to these guys and began to communicate about the specs on a replacement tank. On Saturday around 10 am, plumbers responded to my residence and immediately removed the old hot water tank and replaced it within two hours. The plumbers were very efficient, exhibit great customer service, very respectful, and work expeditiously. Anyone that is looking for very good plumbers and workers this is your company.

Life is full of surprises, some of them unpleasant. So it was when one day recently, my toilet began to leak from the base when I flushed. This was very bad. Of course, my landlord was useless, but thankfully these folks were not. They were able to get over quickly and make short work of replacing the wax seal which caused the issue despite the fact that the valve was not working, which meant he was in a race against time essentially. I've had no issues since, and can only speak highly of the great service. If I end up needing plumbing services again, I know who I'll call.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Priority one plumbing and electrical. We had some repairs and replacements that needed to be made in the bathroom and the plumber was professional, courteous, and direct, giving us a quote beforehand and making it easy to schedule an appointment. He was a pleasure to work with and a font of useful information and advice about bathroom upkeep and related items. He patiently answered questions and explained things as I peppered him with all sorts of queries. He was also incredibly understanding and accommodating - now that he's been through the process, I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors.

My water heater broke. I called P1 plumbing and electrical and a office person answered the phone. I explained my problem, soon a plumber called me and he was able to tell me how to turn the water off and told me he would be at my home in 30 mins. After checking the water heater, he gave me a quote with two options and prices. The plumber came back an hour later and installed the new heater and disposed of the old heater. 
They were pleasant, extremely professional and worked quickly. Their price was very reasonable.

I contacted Priority One Plumbing at 6 am in the morning with a hot water system leak and repair. There were able to book me on the same day. The specialist came and I was given a clear action plan and a reasonable quote. As soon as I agreed, the plumber started the work and replaced the element and thermostats in unit on the same day.
