Priority One Plumbing & Electrical

Found Priority one plumbing on Yellow pages. They came same day even though it wasn't an emergency. Our plumber was a pro and did a few tests to figure out where the blockage was (called them for a clogged kitchen sink). The plumber ran a water jetter pretty deep into the wall and was able to remove the grease that had built up over the years. He was done in an hour or so. I would recommend Priority one plumbing and electrical for any plumbing job.

Every time I have done business with this company, I am so impressed! It is so rare to find people who care about the quality of their work and genuinely care about their customers. We have used this company for several issues over the two years and they are consistently honest and professional.



Both electricians and plumbers have found solutions to problems without gauging us on price. Whenever you need an honest opinion for home repairs and renovations do yourself a favor and call this company!

These guys are such a pleasure to work with! They know their stuff, they are efficient, friendly, patient (I asked a million questions) and most importantly they are trustworthy. They didn't try to upsell us or use scare tactics and walked us through what they were doing and finding. We used them for a remodel and for emergency leak detection service and it is such a relief to have such a great group of guys to be able to call. Highly recommend them especially if you are as skeptical of a person as I am!

I had my water heater replaced. Absolutely hands down the best service I have ever had. Respectfully, they will explain everything to you honestly. I had to run out the door to pick up my child unexpectedly, I had no reservations about leaving them in my home alone. Your business is important to them and they make you feel that way!

Priority one plumbing and electrical has saved me on more than one occasion with their plumbing skills. From water pressure reduction valve replacements at my business. (And let me tell you sometimes those can be a bear to tackle) to hidden fun water leaks in the ground. They have always guaranteed their work and followed up to make sure everything was okay days later. The plumbers are patient, persistent, skilled, and responsive. I trust them to take care of all my plumbing needs. They are great with communication via text. Not your typical plumbing company. You can trust them to get the job done when needed and correctly.

My plumber said he would come around 3pm He called when he was 20 minutes away so I did not have to wait at home. He is very knowable about plumbing issues. He advised me what I have fix and ways he could do it. Their rates are very reasonable. When I was talking to my neighbor he told me that he has been using them for years on 3 houses he had in the city. I was so lucky that someone at the gym recommended them to me. I usually don't write these reviews, but I felt I had to share.

The guys at Priority one plumbing and electrical were attentive and professional from beginning to end. I needed a new gas line rune from a meter to a clothes dryer and they were able to get the job done. The office lady promptly answered my message and had someone out to look at the job the same day. They came back when it was convenient for me and had the whole job done in under 2 hours.

The plumber was excellent and the company was very responsive. We had a difficult plumbing situation and he did research and went out of his way to figure out a solution. Reasonably priced as well. It has only been 1 week but so far so good with the work he has done, and if we have any plumbing needs in the future I will reach out to him first!

I had a leak in a PVC pipe in a new house I just purchased. I didn't know any plumbers so I did a Google search for plumbers. I read the reviews and requested them for a inspection. I received an immediate appointment and was able to schedule the service two days later (this was not an emergency). The Plumber was excellent. He explained everything to me thoroughly and worked very efficiently. He also left the workspace very clean. I felt the price was very fair and reasonable and appreciate the email invoice and on-line transaction. I will call Priority one plumbing and electrical services for any future plumbing issues. Very impressed.

A gas leak in your home is never a good thing, especially when it happens on a holiday.



Frantically, I turned to Yellow Pages and found Priority One Plumbing and Electrical. A nice bloke answered the phone and I explained the situation to him. At this point, it was 7:45 PM and he told me that they would be over at 7:00 AM the next morning to assess the situation.



7:00 AM came bright and early and the plumber showed up on time as promised. He made quick work of diagnosing the problem (faulty valve) and even went as far as to replace two sections of pipe along with the valve behind my stove. He left, went to the plumbing supply and came back in less than an hour (as promised), and did the work.



I completely and wholeheartedly recommend Priority one Plumbing and Electrical to anyone in need of a plumber. The plumber was prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and treated my home with care and treated me with dignity and respect as a customer. I hope not to have to see him very often, but if I ever have another plumbing issue, they are the first company I'm calling.
