Priority One Plumbing & Electrical

Just installed new piping in my house, and of course, I messed up so I called them to come fix it. They came the same day, early on so I didn't have to sit around waiting all day. The guys they sent were very friendly and were comfortable with me seeing the process to see where I had made my mistake. 10/10 I think the service is awesome! Would recommend it if you need quick and reliable service.



They even offered a free tuneup, if I needed anything adjusted. That goes to show the professionalism that they have. Thanks again, guys!

I just want to say I have used Priority One Plumbing and Electrical twice and it haven't dropped it's quality a bit from last year.

Plumber from Priority One Plumbing was incredible. Upon reaching my place he took note on my issues and then jumped on the roof for assessment. He took photos and showed me the plaster damage in the centre of the house and also my gutter was filled with ferns and leafs causing the gutter to flood. He recommended replacing the corrugated sheeting and the box gutters. They completed the job in one and a half day and I was totally satisfied with them. Really happy with the quality of work.

A plumber came to install our dishwasher and we found his service excellent. He installed it very quickly and while here we asked him about the hot water system and he fixed another issue on the spot. Fantastic.The combined total was cheaper than if we 'd had them done separately.

I required CCTV footage recording of a council asset drain prior to construction. They gave me a verbal quote of the service which included receiving the recording and was told they would send it through that night. Chased up for the recording multiple times for nearly two weeks which now they tell me is an additional $150 to receive the recording. Awful to see there are tricksters out there taking advantage of people and not being transparent and honest. Have requested a refund which I have received no reply. Extremely disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and find an honest plumber.

I needed a last minute fix on our heater before our house closing. I gave these guys a call and was able to make a appointment for the next day. They texted me when they were on their way, arrived when they said they would, and explained everything they were going to do and gave me a upfront quote which included costs of labour and the parts. I was very impressed from beginning to end with the experience with Priority one plumbing and electrical. I would highly recommend these guys.

Our water supply line broke over the weekend. I called five or six plumbers and Priority one plumbing & electrical was the only one who were able to send a plumber on the same day. The plumber came out on sunday, gave a fixed quote and some tips for temporary fix, then squeezed us in on Monday for permanent repair. Very polite and got the water back on quickly. I'll definitely be calling them again if anything comes up.

Job was done properly and on time ( it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier than scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task "the right way". Very nice guy. The ooficce staff contacted me today to follow up, very honest, friendly and customer service oriented company. Will definitely use them again in future.

Priority one plumbing and electrical was the third plumbing company I called. None of the others could fix my problem and charged me anyway!!!!! Then I called Priority one plumbing and electrical. They came out the same day and cleared the pipes in my laundry. They stick to their guarantee because the plumber worked untill the water was running freely. If you have a real problem as I did, these are the people to call. Just about any plumber can install a new faucet or a simple job but if your job is complicated spend a bit extra and get it right the first time. I will call them again, but I hope I dont need to.

I had a plumber from Priority One plumbing and electrical come to fix a toilet that had been running off and on for a few months. Another plumber had already come to look at the toilet and suggested that we change out the flapper, which did not solve the problem. I saw excellent reviews on Yellow Pages for this company and decided to take a chance, and I am glad I did.

It was easy to get an appointment, and they scheduled with me for the next day and even sent text message updates, which was great.

As it turned out, I needed a new toilet, the old one was a one piece, and so they couldn't replace the parts inside. The company sourced the new toilet and had it installed for me on the same day. The plumber was quick, efficient and very trustworthy. And, the price was very reasonable.
