After my house had some plumning issues and flooded my entire house, the team that responded from Priority one plumbing and electrical was simply amazing. The plumbers were on point and were fast to respond and provided great customer service. I was stressed and the plumber showed so much empathy towards me and my dire situation. I would definitely definitely recommend Priority plumbing and electrical for any plumbing issue or water damage issue that you may have, they were simply the best, I would definitely recommend Priority one plumbing and electrical.

First day there was a bit of delay and lack of coordination. But the next two days they did a very good job restoring my roof. When you raise concerns they listen to the customer and understand the value of the customer. So I recommend them from other plumbers.

Timely, cost effective, professional, capable. I was able to make a timely same day appointment for a clogged kitchen sink drain. The pricing was affordable compared to competitors. The call and confirmation were professional and Covid19 compliant. The plumber was able to start and finish the clogged drain issue with equipment onsite in a approved manner.

We called Priority one plumbing and electrical and within a hour a plumber showed up. Very professional and the service was completed quickly. Also, I would like to mention the plumbers name was Dennis/ Danny. He was very professional and quick with the job at hand. I was visiting my mother when her toilet clogged. I yellow paged a plumber and called P1 plumbing and electrical. It was saturday morning, other companies couldn't come on the same day, were charging extra for "emergency service" etc. The plumber from P1 plumbing and electrical didn't hesitate to help me, price was modest and the plumber kept me informed of his schedule and arrival time. The plumber was very polite and wonderful. Excellent customer service and fast turnaround. Definitely recommend his service.

Called Priority one plumbing and electrical at 9:15am for a simple kitchen clog, and was given a window between then and 11:00am. Technician arrived by 10:30am and had the drain unclogged and invoice completed by 11:15am. Thankfully, it was a quick and easy job, but I feel confident in contacting P1 plumbing and electricals for any larger problems in the future.

I called P1 Plumbing and electrical at 8am on a Monday morning and it was nice to hear someone pick up the phone when you have a hot water problem in the middle of this winter. Price was reasonable. Job was done by Dennis. I got intermittent text updates with ETAs. Will definetly be using them again in the future. And they also take card payments.
