Got a burst pipe and water was leaking everywhere. Quickly called for an emergency to Priority One Plumbing and they rushed to my house within 20 min. The plumber inspected my Rheem 170 external unit hot water service. He discovered the existing unit has badly rusted out and that's how there was burst in the tank. He recommended to replace the unit with new one as old one was damaged fully. Very pleasant to deal with, and an honest operator. Would definitely deal with this company again.

I am a pensioner and called this company to fix my hot water system. The plumber reached on time as expected. He was curteous and experienced plumber. I felt comfortable with him while repairing my unit. He explained me everything to solve the issue. Got 10 percent senior's discount. Very professional! Great guy knew his job! We called Priority One Plumbing and Electrical to fix a blocked toilet and a leaking tap. The plumber from company fixed the blocked toilet and the leaking tap on the same day of booking. After two days the tap started leaking again, I was very frustrated and called the company. The plumber from the company came back again fixed the tap free of cost.

My mother did an emergency call out to detect gas leak at her house. I was at work and my mother was all alone. The plumber arrived within one hour and investigated the leak with the help of gas leak detector. With their sophisticated equipment all was easy and updated me with what they were doing. The plumber was courteous to my mother and she was comfortable with him. All work was done with high standards and assured us they would come back if anything happens in future.Very impressed with their on time service and would definitely recommend them for emergency jobs.

Priority One Plumbing and Electrical have done the roof work at our property for half the price of what we were quoted by other companies. They have saved us a lot of money. Its been a month and we are very happy with the works done by them.

I had a broken tap in the laundry. Shane from priority one plumbing came home with an hour of calling. Plumber provided an upfront fixed quote. He was well prepared for the job. He quickly replaced the tap without any delay and also fixed a leaking tap at the kitchen.
