Yes all the good reviews are there for a reason.. A business that gives old fashioned service.. I waited the stated 4 weeks for Tony to look at my machine due to his workload.. I arrived.. he looked at it.. Simple fix cotton caught he said.. No charge and sent me on my way💋

Tony was amazing! Very proficient at his job and learned quite a lot about the mechanics of a sewing machine. My machine is running better than when I first bought it! I couldn't be happier with the outcome, he quickly diagnosed the problem, while explaining and guiding me through how he was repairing it for future reference. I have already recommended Tony to a few friends. Excellent work on my machine that had it running like a brand new machine. Bonus too to have him pick up from my home and I had only a day to have the work completed. Then to top it off, he carried it out to my car for me and all the while a very friendly smile on his face. I have a 25 year old Janome My Style machine and after getting a service from Tony my machine is running like new. I also had my 20 yr old Elna 614DE serviced & it is also like new. You may have to wait a few weeks to get your work done , but I look at as he is obviously good at what he does. No hidden costs it was always what he has quoted.

I would recommend this small business to all sewing enthusiasts in dire need of an experienced, honest and professional service. My Janome 655R was ready the very next day, and returned to me in mint condition.

I highly recommend Tony and his services. He has a very impressive and expansive knowledge of sewing, sewing/embroidery combination machines and overlockers, new and old. Although he's booked out weeks in advance, he was willing to assist me over the phone and book me in as soon as possible with a very fast turn around time - now that's service! He also quotes upfront and will call beforehand should further work be required that might mean extra expense. It's that kind of honesty I appreciate and I certainly don't mind waiting to book my machines in with him when I know I can expect quality workmanship for a fair and honest price :)
