Why choose Klarich Legal?

Klarich Legal is passionate about delivering quality legal services and helping people buy and sell their family home, investment or first home. We genuinely believe in delivering a quality service to less clients than playing catch up trying to accommodate too many clients. The other great thing is when you call Klarich Legal you are speaking to a property solicitor.

Is using a solicitor more costly?

Not at Klarich Legal where you will pay a fixed legal fee plus disbursements - these are the out of pocket expenses that we incur in getting your matter ready to sell or to settle. Disbursements include title searches, property information certificates and sundries and we use low-cost search providers so you save. Cost of disbursements depends on the property and we can discuss this with you.

Why should I use a solicitor instead of a conveyancer?

Solicitors can provide legal advice and services on all matters associated with selling and buying property. Solicitors are also held to a higher professional and ethical standard. Conveyancers are limited in the type of advice they can provide and the type of work they can undertake. Once a matter goes beyond this a conveyancer must refer you to a solicitor which can end up costing even more.
