      Horner Management Pty Ltd is a firm & pride themselves on personal attention to unit owners. Staff are competent & well versed.

      We provide qualified enthusiastic strata managers and provide 24 hours emergency service. Our aim is to make living in a body corporate unit pleasant. Far too many people purchase into a community title or strata corporation without having any idea of how they operate. No job is too big or small for us. Our team of experts is always ready to help you.

      Our staff are competent and well versed in the kind of issues that arise in community units. We have an after-hours number that can look after any emergency work that requires immediate attention.

      Our services are guaranteed and hassle free. We have many positive testimonials to prove it. We arrange:Meetings Maintenance Accounting Insurance Additional accounting Costs per corporation Additional services We work with architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, loss adjusters, neighbours and the like in relation to any work carried out by the manager in accordance with the corporation instructions.

      We are a company made up of four strata/community managers, an office manager and an office assistant and a strata manager assistant. Due to our size we can keep our attention to unit owners on a very personal basis. As a rule most of the staff is aware of what is going on in all of our groups.

      Excellent Bunch of people who are above and beyond.

      We are contractor for horner management, but we never felt like that we are contractor, they treat us like their own staff.



      All manager, assistance manager and girls at front reception are very kind, good work ethics and they know their job better then others.



      I am working for them for more then 2 years. Very happy and confident.
