The Female Manager was Extremely Rude, just like some other reviews I’ve read. This was the pick up point for our car from Brisbane. We were picking the car up like we were told to and this thing basically let my wife drive out of the yard with a flat tyre, thank god she pulled over after relishing something was wrong. The car was a mess as if someone had taken it off road, also the drivers side window does not work properly and the key is now hard to get in. We are shocked at the attitude of this person, never come across this behaviour. Apparently we are not the only ones.

We were broken down 15kms north of Gin Gin, on a Sunday when no one else would answer. Bundy towing were there within an hour and half, charged the quoted price, and even helped us source a replacement axle. They went above and beyond in many ofher ways. A five star service.

Probably the rudest company I've ever dealt with, I gave them a call, needing help with a simple job: move my car to a mechanics.
Instead of just taking a simple job, I was essentially told to man up and move my car to the side of the road myself.
I'm not the strongest guy, I can't do that kind of thing myself, despite explaining this, I was still told, with a now short and aggressive voice, to move my car to the side of the road myself.
