What should I do if my gas bill is higher than usual?

What should I do if I smell gas?

Immediately turn off the gas supply at the meter or LP regulator and contact us to diagnose and repair. If you believe the leak is on the meter itself or an emergency, you can contact Gas Leaks and Emergency Services (1800 427 532) to get someone out within 4 hours to repair.


Why is my water pressure low?

Low water pressure can be caused by numerous factors. Such as blockages, faulty devices within the system or undersized pipework. All modern shower outlets are fitted with a water saver, which drastically reduces the pressure when showering. If you believe there still isn’t great pressure at the other outlets throughout the home, contact us and we can investigate further for you.

Hopeless !

I had them here to install a new toilet l purchased from Bunnings. The plumber forgot to turn main off and flooded half the house. He then used what little rags he had to try mop up ( lucky house had polished flooring), then l had to use 15 of my towels to clean up. He installed toilet but left the seat wobbly, so l went to their business and told them what happened and to get someone different back who actually knows what they’re doing. ( The first guy didn’t even t ll them he flooded my house.). The next guy came and couldn’t tighten the toilet seat properly so he used glue, and the silicone around base of toilet was done badly. The business still charged me over $600+ to install toilet, after giving me $100 odd off. Very unprofessional and they don’t know what they’re doing, not to mention the rip off charges.

poor customer service,

Had ducted heating installed,, 2 years ago''1st service not covered by warranty, cost $250.00 dollars,, while the so'called service man's assistant was checking the indoor filter,,before leaving he tore the linnen press door off it's hinges,, didn't see it till they had gone,,

Contacted the office'' they couldn't care less,,

And are very rude,, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN,,
