Bakker Towing

Unfortunately as part of an NRMA claim, it would appear that Bakker Towing scratched the side of my car during pick up and have now left me with a $5,000 worth of damage after being without the car for 2 months. Predictably NRMA are denying any liability and I am left with a car that looks worse now than when it went in. Zero accountability and a completely corrupt system.

Recently I was involved in a fender bender which left my vehicle unsafe to drive. My insurance company arranged for Bakker Towing to attend to remove my car. I couldn't speak more highly of the service I received. A gentleman called Chris arrived promptly and was very courteous and concerned for my welfare. He got the car onto the tow vehicle and then waited with me until my husband arrived to take me home. Thankyou so much for your wonderful service.

They responded very quickly and was a great help.



Especially Chris, took it down my driveway and even gave advice on how to fix the problem. 10/10

These guys had quite a bit of trouble towing my car but still charged a very good rate.

Definitely recommended.

Very efficient, more friendly than other towing services I contacted and great price! Will definitely be using them if I ever need my car towed again (hopefully not for a while!). Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
