I absolutely love my new charcoal blockout roller blinds! It is so sleek, modern and beautiful. It truly compliments my bedroom window. I love the beautiful quality, fast and efficient installation and such a beautiful experience. CLDB installed my blinds just in time before auction this weekend. DO NOT deal with this dodgy company. I had a problem with blinds I recently purchased from this company. When I rang and asked them to fix the problem their Manager Robert made excuses for the staff member who made the mistake and refused responsibility, he then became extremely aggressive and threatened several times that he would "come knocking on my door" if I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs or online. Disgusting and shocking customer service once they have your money. There's plenty of other blind companies. Steer clear of this one who use mafia style tactics to intimidate customers.

Recently installed new blinds through Cost Less and have been so impressed with the service from start to finish. Knowing nothing about blinds was given great advice and so glad I followed through because the blinds look amazing. Thank you Cost Less!

We have now used CLDB for both blinds and plantation shutters for three building projects, including our home. The quality of the product is very high, consistent and lasts well over the years. More importantly if there is an issue- (no matter what it is) they will address it promptly and their quality of customer service cant be faulted. I recommend getting Teresa to recommend products and colours for you. Her eye and her colour selection are spot on. If we need shutters or blinds again we will go back to CLDB and ask for Teresa. Great blinds at a great price, if you need blinds look at costless decor blinds they where the cheapest and service was great, I would highly recommend them, staff were great.
