R.J. Heat Treatment is a family-owned and operated business with over 60 years of experience serving clients in the local area, state-wide and Australia-wide. Our professional and friendly staff use their experience to ensure our work is carried out to the highest standards so you are satisfied with the end result. We provide our services to all sorts of clients, from large industrial businesses working in the metal industry to smaller scale operations looking to take advantage of any of our wide range of heat treatment processes. We are open six days a week, meaning we are always available for you during normal business hours, as well as on Saturdays. Over the many years we have been operating in Moorebank, we have developed an excellent understanding of the services our clients require.
Annealing: Where a metal is heated and then cooled at a rate to affect a refined micro structure. Case Hardening: To improve the wear resistance of monolithic metals. Normalising: To ensure the uniformity of composition throughout an alloy.
