Disgruntled customer

Rude . Terrible customer service

Spoke to someone over the phone who told they are not a charity to come and pick up my repair. I'd had one phone call after the repair was finished and paid $50. Had another phone call today and the above statement was made in an aggressive tone. We have a workshop out the back and the item was taking up space. The words spoken by the owner were very harsh and not in their interest in retaining my patronage. I am hurt and upset by their unkind words. I won't be back. I'll be going to Warners Bay bike store.
