      When can you clean?

      Domestic cleaning times will depend on your schedule, as well as our available time slots. The best way to find out when we’re available for a regular clean is to give us a call on 03 5925 6011. We’re also not available for cleaning on the weekends. For commercial cleans, we understand that sometimes you don’t want to be interrupted during office hours and are happy to accommodate your schedule, offering a before and after office-hours service.


      Do you come at the same time every week?

      Due to the possibility of cancellations and schedule changes, we cannot promise that we will arrive at your home or workplace at exactly the same time each week. Times may vary slightly, but we will aim to arrive at around the same time each week. However, we can assure you that we will clean on the same day each week. We also maintain consistent communication so you always know when to expect us.


      Do you bring all your own equipment?

      Each of our cleaners will come fully equipped with their own cleaning equipment and supplies. If there is a particular product or piece of equipment that you would like us to use, you’re welcome to leave it out for your cleaner. All of our cleaners use fresh cloths, sponges and mop heads for every house, and all other equipment is disinfected at the end of the clean. Our staff also use different colour coded cloths for bathrooms, kitchens and common areas to avoid cross-contamination.


      Do you use contractors?

      Never. We have a strong, dedicated and hardworking team of over 20 local staff members who are all valued employees. As a professional cleaner on the Mornington Peninsula, we like to keep our team familiar with each other and our clients. Each of our staff members strive for professionalism, as well as a personal level of customer care. We believe that a tight-knit team helps to achieve consistent results and reliability.


      Do you use eco-friendly products?

      No, we generally do not use 100% eco-friendly products. We aim to disinfect surfaces and kill germs, which can require the use of chemicals. If, however, you would like us to use certain eco-friendly products in certain areas, you are more than welcome to leave them out for us and we will be able to accommodate.


      Can you clean when I’m not home?

      The majority of our customers are not home when we clean, and they will provide us with either a spare key that is signed in and out, or a code to their lock box which contains a key. However, this is entirely up to you. It is important to note that our cleaners can work most efficiently when the home is empty. This way we don’t have to work around you or your schedule, and we can get the job done efficiently.


      Is your cleaning team pet friendly?

      We are 100% pet friendly! All of our products are safe to use around pets, but if you own pets that may be sensitive to certain chemicals such as birds, fish tanks or reptiles, we are more than happy to take extra care around them. If you own dogs, cats etc that roam around inside, please let us know your instructions so that we can ensure they are happy and safe at all times.
