Zero stars, I've never delt with a worse business or people as others reviews I am reading, no follow up on complaint's once the job is done they don't care about, there layer's do poor insulation, then they are blaming each other , its the layer fault ( from shop owner) it's up to the shop to fix, from ( the layer) no you have to contact the supplier. I thought Stafford's was my supplier no its not him he says. When we bought our product the business' Stafford's flooring was not even license to operate under that name. So I am now left with a $10,000.00 poor quality job that no one will take responsibility for. PS he is now having a closing down sale so PLEASE avoid this store at all costs. Owner of shop to bussing holidaying in QLD on ours and your money and I am not holding my breath to get a satisfactory result

This is the first time I have ever written a review as I felt compelled to do so to warn others to go elsewhere. We have had a huge amount of stress with this company. A job that was meant to take 2 days took 4 weeks to complete due to the contractor not turning up when he said he was going to. My husband and I took time off work to be at home for when he was meant to have come and he either didn't come at all or would come at 3pm in the afternoon. He did a really poor job and three years later there is still one issue to be fixed. Please save yourself the stress and go with another business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.



Owner came back 2 times and still didn’t fix the problem. They took forever to get back to me, and wouldn’t own up to their problem. Im disappointed and wish I went somewhere else.



And not to mention he scratched so much paint of my fresh painted skirtings which i now have to fix.



If Chris wasn’t the owner, I don’t think he would be leaving houses like this if he had to answer to someone about his quality of work.

Zero stars, the worst customer treatment I have received in 44 years. I would stay away from them, they will make you jump through hoops to fulfill their own installation warranty if you are lucky. So far my vinyl planks are still not installed to warrantable standards, it has been 4 months and still trying. They are unreliable,, rude and nasty. They do not care about their customers once the job is complete, even when the quality of the installation is very poor. I wish I had read the bad reviews here before hiring them.

Garry W, Jenny J & BenStance W are all correct, We had floating floors fitted throughout our house, when installers eventually turned up the job done was well below expectation. Many phone calls to Staffords Floorings remain unreturned. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I have never been so compelled to write a review to warn perspective customers. The worst custom service, fitters didn't turn up after I took a day off work. The staff have a total lack of communication. Our floorboards weren't ordered and we had to follow up the order only to find they had sold us a product that doesn't exist. After a third attempt they told us the product had been discontinued so I contacted the manufacturer and they said that is untrue! 7 weeks of being messed around and lied to and no floor covering we pulled the plug on this dodgy company and I recommend you do the same. Don't waste your time and effort!!

Zero stars the owner of this business dodges your calls and fails to fix problems. Staff are lovely in store but when the owner fails to assist customers with problems the staff are clearly embarrassed at having to cover up for him. Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life I feel sorry for the employees that work there!!
