I'm absolutely furious with the appalling level of customer service I received. It's beyond clear that customers are not valued in the slightest. The receptionist, in particular, was shockingly rude—borderline hostile—and made an already frustrating situation so much worse. I’ve never felt so disrespected or dismissed in a professional setting. The lack of basic decency and courtesy is unacceptable.
No one should have to tolerate this kind of treatment. It’s not just disappointing—it’s infuriating. I expect this to be taken seriously and addressed immediately. If this is how you think it's acceptable to treat people, you’re going to lose a lot more customers.
