      Avoid this company at all costs.

      Avoid this company at all costs. I booked and PAID IN FULL in advance for guests to be picked up and dropped off at my wedding from 2 addresses. The driver had no idea he had to pick up from the first address, did not know the destination and then asked my second address guests to pay, despite the bill being paid. I called the company and the man on the phone was the most despicable person I've ever spoken to in customer service. He lied to me that the taxi had waited "over half an hour to an hour" for my guests at the first address, which could not have been true given they were not supposed to be picked up "over half an hour to an hour" earlier, as I had agreed with the company & despite my guests waiting outside the property at the agreed time. He refused to give me his name and was telling me off on my wedding day. I've never been spoken to with such a disgusting attitude and I hope this man doesn't have a daughter who is spoken to like that.

      I asked the company for a partial refund in good faith to cover my costs of having to get them an alternate taxi & despite promising to call me to discuss, they have not done so.



      I'd be content to remove this review on receipt of my requested partial refund and apology from the company.



      I have confirmed emails of all my correspondence with this company. I would never book them again and caution others from booking them also.
