      Display homes are presented on a yearly basis, open to the public, to showcase current fashion trends and new home styles. This is also an opportunity for our local suppliers to promote their products, which we have utilised within the home. We have been successful in winning a number of prestigious awards including the H.I.A. Home Awards. A major initiative that we have implemented in Mount Gambier is the Home and Land package that we offer. We have found that people were happy to choose their land and plan of their home and have it all coordinated for them right to the end, including carpets, curtains and landscaping if they desired. Versace Home Builders currently employs ten full time employees with about 30 sub-contractors also being involved in our business, which at any time can have 15-20 homes in the course of construction.

      We believe that communication is the vital ingredient with home building, and this begins with the client in the planning and sketching stages, finalising plans, liaising with Council and then working together to ensure the project progresses smoothly. We believe that our business is successful because we have endeavoured to put something back into the community at every opportunity.
