Can I adjust myself?
No, the reason you shouldn't adjust yourself is because you don't know how much pressure to apply for the specific area so that you are giving yourself a safe correction.
What makes the sound during an adjustment?
The sound you hear is called cavitation - which is the air between the joints escaping as you apply pressure and it is perfectly safe.
What about if I'm pregnant?
We can adjust you right through your entire pregnancy and can vary the technique to what you are comfortable with, we also do have access to pregnancy pillows to help with your experience.
Are Chiropractic adjustments safe?
Yes, absolutely, they are safe from anyone from infancy to elderly, we can vary the strength and technique to whatever you are comfortable with.

Very professional and caring. I have been a patient for many years and would recommend their care to everyone.

The staff do not communicate with each other. They do not follow up with patients even when they have said they would. No one has any idea what issues are going on in the practice. It is sloppy and extremely unprofessional. It has gone downhill since staff have left the practice. They have even admitted that they could not provide the service they claim to offer and have instead had to refer elsewhere. Very disappointed.
