WOW, we can not thank you enough for the FAST excellent service Craig and his team performed when our freezer broke down beginning of December 2020. A very knowledgeable mechanic was sent to us who established what had broken down and what parts he need to order in. Brilliant was the fact of the 'follow up' call I made, to ask when our spare parts would be arriving in to complete the job. Not only did I get a promise of a return call but that I would get an estimate of the window of time required! Hah to discover the spare parts where coming from Perth or Dubbo making for some easy planning at our end with no frustration of perceived delays in the fix! I highly recommend MRA to anyone who needs an efficient and authentic response for your machine breakdown!
