      Mosel Surveyors was original founded by Lawrie Mosel in the late 1950s. Since its inception, the company has undergone various evolutions and combinations, including Mosel Browne and Mosel Steed, and is now Mosel Surveyors. We’ll take care of everything, from planning applications to final land parcels and Certificates of Title.We deal with Urban and Regional Councils, consulting with you to ensure we achieve the best possible outcome from the initial land sub-division application. We undertake all the necessary survey work and boundary pegging, draft a certified survey plan, and oversee the submission of the final survey plan at the Land Titles Office.       What type of Surveyors are you?

      Mosel Surveyors are land surveyors; we have tertiary qualifications that enable us to measure accurate distances and heights of land or water. Our licensed surveyors have completed additional qualifications so that they have the authority to mark property boundaries within the guidelines of state legislation.


      Do you have an issue with property access or infrastructure location?

      Mosel Surveyors have experience to perform easement surveys and can prepare the necessary plans to protect infrastructure or establish specific rights of way and lodge the plans with the Lands Title Office.


      How do I subdivide my land?

      Mosel Surveyors specialise in land subdivision for large and small projects in both urban and regional areas. We strive to make the entire land subdivision process as streamlined as possible, working with you and taking care of everything on your behalf.


      How do I know where my boundary is?

      Our team of licensed surveyors can assist you with any boundary survey requirements. We will perform searches of historic land information and then conduct an identification survey and peg the boundary corners so that you are confident where your legal boundary is. Additionally if you wish to realign your property boundaries for subdivision or succession planning we can do that to.


      I’m building a new home, and I don’t know what sort of survey I need?

      Regardless of if you are building a new home or extending your existing one we can help. Depending on your requirements we can perform site surveys, detail surveys, topographic surveys and contour surveys. All of which can identify features on you property which will assist your architect or builder to design and construct your dream home. Speaking of construction we can also create detailed building set-out surveys to ensure a smooth transition from building site to completed construction.


      I want to formalise my lease agreement can you help?

      Whether you are entering into or extending a commercial, retail or farming property lease we can perform a lease survey and provide a lease plan which will accurately delineate those areas that are for lease. Depending on your circumstance the lease plan can be formally registered on your certificate of title or used simply in a lease agreement.


      I need a planning application, can you help?

      Yes, we work closely with local councils and government agencies so we are able to draft, prepare and submit planning applications on your behalf.
