      Call someone else - obstructive and aggressive

      Picked up my un driveable car and told I have belongings I need to get, and asked to speed up process as I live 3 hrs away. 4 pm next day, not even an email or photo to insurance. Rang next morning 10:30 and informed MY fault nothing done. I was supposed to tell insurance where my car was. No details or instruction given. WHAT!!??? Owner told my car had already picked up by Pickles Auction truck. There is no pickles auction truck. My car was seen on TILT TRAYS truck 2:30pm on highway at Singleton! Owner beyond aggressive and caused unneeded aggravation and stress. Had to get to Newcastle, and pay a tow truck to take my car off site of auction yard, and return it to get my things. The verbal abuse was insane, and kept calling back after I had to hang up as beyond unreasonable. CALL SOMEONE ELSE
