How Powerwall Battery works?
A Powerwall system consists of at least one Powerwall battery and a Backup Gateway. The Backup Gateway provides energy management, metering and monitoring functions for Powerwall. It controls connection to the grid, safely disconnecting your home and starting backup operation during an outage. The Backup Gateway also includes communication functions for up to 10 Powerwall units, and receives over-the-air updates for the system.
How much warranty do I have on my Fujitsu Air-Conditioner?
Fujitsu General (Aust.) Pty Limited provides a 5 Year Full Parts & Labour Warranty for all domestic Air Conditioning systems sold in Australia.
Is a circuit breaker and a safety switch the same thing?
No. A circuit breaker is designed to limit the flow of electricity through a given circuit in your home, thus reducing the possibility of a fire due to overloaded circuits. A safety switch is designed to save lives by interrupting the flow of electricity quickly.
How do I have no power at the power points if my lights are on?
The most likely problem is that your safety switch has tripped. To check if this is the problem you need to identify your safety switch in the switchboard. Your safety switch will have a ‘test’ button on the front of it. Reset the safety switch.
How much maintenance does a solar system require?
With an older solar system, it is very important to service the solar system regularly to maximise the most amount of savings and will prevent the system of failure. With a professional solar service you will have confidence that your system is working potentially at it's best and you will receive a report to show if any parts are not working correctly.
Are batteries flexible with old solar systems?
Yes absolutely! The Tesla Powerwall 2 will go on any existing solar system with the correct design.
