      How much does a house plan cost?

      Every project is unique, so we can discuss costs once we establish what you need.

      For more comfortable and energy-efficient homes, we aim to reduce the hot summer sun entering the home, and allow the winter sun in.

      No. All designs are unique to each client, client needs, sun direction, views and land orientation.


      What work process do you follow with your clients?

      We first meet and discuss various options. I then arrange a site survey, client brief & fee proposal for you to consider. A concept design is then developed through to Development Application drawings. I provide application documentation and can lodge with council on your behalf.
