About Us It is the objective of Abstec through its Quality Management System, to provide our customers with superior quality in calibration, service, repair and sales to achieve total customer satisfaction. To meet this objective, the Company will implement and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in all aspects of its Management System. Abstec Calibrations Australia Pty Ltd is based in Beverley, South Australia. Established in 1995 with the purpose of providing technical services in the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment in many industries such as: manufacturing, defence, mining, automotive, aviation, medical. Our Difference Abstec's highly skilled technicians carry out all calibration, service and repairs. Tests invariably require the strictest adherence to methods endorsed by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA). All tests are carried out using reference equipment whose accuracy and precision is traceable to national and/or international measurement standards. It is also the policy of Abstec to repair equipment wherever possible to prolong its life. However, we can also supply new equipment fully calibrated and ready to operate.Any equipment sales are brands known for quality, accuracy, reliability and customer support. NATA Accreditations Laboratory accreditation through NATA provides a means of determining the competence of laboratories to perform specific types of tests, measurement and calibration. It enables people who want a product, material or instrument to be checked or calibrated to find a reliable testing or calibration service able to meet their needs. It also allows a laboratory to determine whether it is performing its work correctly and to appropriate standards.
