What standards do you work on?
All concrete blocks used are reinforced (100 mm x 100 mm). All floor fittings have an adjustable bolt on the spacing and have damp course and a termite resistant pad installed. All stumps are 1200 mm spaced and all footings are 300 mm x 300 mm x 200 mm and set into the ground 450 mm.
