      left in the dark

      I had purchased a e-giftcard online and was sent a confirmation of purchase stating the gift card would be received within the hour. The gift card was never received.

      I have sent multiple online enquiries, have also tried to call multiple times and no response in days.

      I was hoping to have received whilst boxing day sales are on but now looks like I will miss out due to no one getting back to me!

      Poor customer service

      I received one item out of five and have been trying, either on line or by phone, to contact someone about this issue. I ordered the items a month ago and fully expected to receive them by now. This was ordered as a Christmas present, so I will now have to spend more money and go elsewhere to purchase them in time.
