From the beginning, his plumbers were so kind and understanding of my situation. They apparently don't usually do small jobs but they were willing to help me. and i am ever so grateful, so i ended up buying a rainwater tank from them and also got that installed. Job very well done, no mess left afterwards like most handymen. id recommend them to anyone. and will continue using them.

Blocked plumbing call, almost $1300 bill. Blocked again, no customer service until threatened with Dept Fair Trade. Two more visits under threat and now my pipes are blocked again. Ridiculous comments such as 'my house is heavy and has pushed pipes down' and to limit toilet paper use. No communication, problem is no worse than ever. Call anyone else if you have issues, not this mob!
