      Rude and unprofessional

      Unprofessional service and the owner has terrible attitude. Zero customer service. Lazy and rude. He comes to collect the money and trying to do as little as possible, hoping to get another call for another lot of callout fee. Stay away from this business

      Very Happy With Service and Arrived on Time

      Very Proffessional and great work.

      We have had many jobs done by C.R. Electrical over the years and have always been more than happy with the work done. C.R. Electrical were on time, and reliable which is very rear for Tradies these days. From Solar panels fitted to new downlights and even all our Air Conditioning needs were taken care of by C.R. Electrical and we always had a worry free experience. I would highly recommend by C.R. Electrical for any Electrical work both in domestic market but also if you run a factory or plant C.R.       Brilliant service and always very reliable

      I have had many jobs done by C.R. Electrical over the years and have always been impressed with the work. Not only is Rod reliable and on time which is rare for a trades person but his work is always done in a timely and professional manner. I have also recommended C.R. Electrical to other friends and they have always been very pleased with the job too. 10 out of 10 for C.R. Electrical.

      Poor not professional service

      I called for their service, the old guy answered my phone was rude. Their technician not even spent 10 mins on checking my air conditioner and told me MAY BE the capacitors broken, it costs about 300 , 400 for new capacitors, but not guarantee after changing new one. If not have to change a new compressor that costs about thousands.Then, he said he will order the new capacitors and call me the following day. He seemed to be not sure what's wrong with my air conditioner and what to repair. He wasn't friendly. I was pregnant and looking after a little boy, we couldn't stand the hot weather over 40c. I couldn't wait honestly. Therefore, I didn't hire him to repair my air conditioner. I doubted their professionalism. Iwas not satisfied with their service, but still have to pay for their call out fee about $93.
