      Carson Development Consultants Pty Ltd (CDC) are Land & Engineering Surveyors and Planning & Development Consultants, and have been assisting thousands of satisfied clients on land, building and infrastructure projects throughout Victoria since 1988.       Our staff at CDC are qualified and highly experienced. We use modern and sophisticated survey field equipment, 4 WD survey vehicles that can access all terrain, and are proficient in performing high quality survey services and high quality survey plans in digital format. Survey plan production is in Liscad and Autocad with conversion software. We interface our data with other development professionals, including Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Solicitors, Building Designers, Specialist Planners, Council, Environmental consultants, Bushfire Management Consultants etc.
