CPM Building Contractors has been operating in Mildura since 1986 and in that time, we have established a reputation for delivering first class management and construction services across both residential and commercial projects.
We have since concentrated on building construction and have been awarded many larger projects within the Sunraysia area and now having our own staff we have developed into a major construction company incorporating both project management and building construction.
Whilst we have expanded over the years, CPM remains, at its core, a family owned and operated business and our values still determine everything we do. We pride ourselves on our quality projects and our list of repeat clients and referrals demonstrate our ongoing commitment to delivering beyond expectation. Specialising in commercial building construction, we have led some of our region’s largest projects and along with our team, we are now experienced in high-end project management. CPM Building Contractors have been approved for tender with the Department of Infrastructure and with the State Government Solicitors.With our reputation continuing to grow, we are now tendering for larger construction projects, nationwide.

And how about sub-contractors?
We employ all other sub trades as required. As we tend (where possible) to use the same sub contractors, this creates them as an extension to our overall team as all have been associated with our company for a very long time. Our staff does fluctuate depending on the size of the construction and our work load.
How experienced are they?
We have both laborers and painters who are very experienced within the building industry. Our laborers can vary above our permanent staff depending on the amount of work. All our staff strives to form a very tight and conscientious team to produce excellent service and be proud of the final product ensuring client satisfaction.
Tell me more about your staff
We have clerical staff handling all our day to day operations, from our computer accounting system to general public relations. Our outdoor staff comprises of qualified carpenters, giving us a large range of experience and knowledge within the building industry as they have been with the Company for over ten years. Within this team of carpenters we have experienced site supervisors who are responsible for day to day site management and site coordination of staff and sub contractors.
