What will be the turnaround time?
Generally, we have a turnaround time of 8-10 business days however this can be negotiated as we do offer a breakdown service for work orders that are urgent.
Do you pick up or deliver? And do you charge a call out or delivery fee?
We can arrange pick up or delivery depending on the work order and location. Any call out or delivery fees are discussed with our customers based on individual job requirements and time constraints prior to confirmation of work orders.
Do you work with custom designs and drawings?
We welcome custom work orders and will work with you to achieve your vision. We are able to work from old parts, custom designs and once-off drawings.
