      Do you have Builders you recommend?

      Yes, we can recommend trusted builders who deliver quality workmanship & understand our designs. However, we always encourage clients to get at least 3-4 quotes to compare pricing & services. It's important you choose a builder who aligns with your specific needs, timeline, & budget. We're happy to collaborate closely with whichever builder you select to ensure your project runs smoothly.


      Do you handle the whole council approval?

      Yes, we offer an add-on service to handle the entire council approval process. From preparing all necessary documentation & plans to lodging applications, we can manage communication with the council & address any requests or objections. Our experience with complex approvals, including heritage properties, ensures a smoother, stress-free process so your project stays on track from start to finish.
