After being taken to Hospital and in Intensive Care for 29 Days part of time in Induced Coma followed by another 3 months in Medical and Rehabilitation Wards I was and still am in need of a lot of care and help from a care provider After seeing the Fezzys staff support other people while I was in Hospital despite there being other Care Providers in the area I decided to contact Fezzys to see if they could assist me
Personally during my time of illness and Rehabilatation my experience dealing with Health Workers and Proffesionals has been overall very discouraging as getting anything done easily or quickly in most instances is very difficult and has huge variations for both Management and Procedures most causing huge delays and problems
With the Fezzys Proffesional Care organisation please let me say I have received outstanding Service and very good care beyond what I would have expected. From the day they picked me up after 4 months in Hospital and bought me home and prepared to make my arrival home as most comfortable and stress free as possible Since then although I am very Independent and dreaded the idea of people coming into my home to Toilet and Shower me all I can say the Fezzys Staff have been very Caring and Respectful as well as given both myself and my wife input in how we want to handle daily routines. The staff are not only caring but also because my situation continues to change provide different options to assist me as required. Since being unwell and needing Support it has become evident to me the work done by most Support Carers requires a very special person both Humble and Caring I am unsure how Fezzys have manged to obtain such a large number of workers with such good Work Ethic, Care, Motivation and Abilities in one organisation. We have been told the larger organisations are better and while Fezzys is a smaller more country type operation in my opinion this is probably a bonus as it provides more flexibility but overall the willingness of Fezzys to work on either inmproving or maximising Tasks to get better results is also to me a Plus
OK you may see this Review as an overkill or over the top but believe me I do not leave positive reviews in fact over the years my reviews have been mainly negative and also despite seeing Fezzys as a bright light in my illness I have not done this review quickly as I could have done it last year when I found them to be helpful but my experience is often you find a good mechanic or trades person but after several visits times shows the true colors
With Fezzys the jury is in and yes they do deserve a 100% good review and they have earned their stripes so if you need good Personal Care Fezzys are good

very disappointing. we still have cockoroches and ants everywhere. would not recommend this business at all.
