Homebase Inspections Pty Ltd has been providing clients with a friendly, professional, pre-purchase inspection service since 1998.

Inspections are carried out by a qualified, registered builder, with many years' experience. Inspection reports are done in accordance with Australian standard AS 4349.1 and are covered by professional indemnity insurance policy. An inspection can usually be arranged within a couple of days of the initial enquiry and a report sent or e-mailed to you in the following 24 hours.

The service includes inspection of the house inside and out, checking the structural integrity and the condition of the roof, windows, walls, floors, stumps, floor slabs, with areas and the general state and operation of the plumbing and wiring. Garages, sheds, verandas, pergolas, fences, gates and decks are also checked. We are servicing Geelong, The Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, Colac, Ballarat and other areas of the Western Region including the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

The focus of the pre-purchase inspection is to help you make a well informed decision when buying a house, by providing you with a comprehensive, easy to read inspection report that identifies any defects or faults in the structure or workmanship of the house. Our pre-purchase inspections provide information on the structural integrity and condition of the house you are intending to buy.
