Hunter Strata Management commenced business on February 5, 1996 to fill a gap in the market recognised by local real estate agent of twenty years, Tony Cant. Tony approached Charlie Cameron who had thirty years' experience in the finance, management and real estate fields and the two formed the partners/directors/shareholders of the company.
Owners corporation:Advise and support owners corporation as required Administration and implementation of owners corporation's decisions Prepare applications and submissions to strata schemes commissioner Administration of the by-laws and other specific requirements under the act
Maintenance:Inspect the building and common property at least bi-annually Arrange maintenance, repairs and replacements for common property Obtain quotes for major works
Strata roll:Maintained in accordance with the Strata Schemes Act Issue Section 109 and acknowledge Section 118 notices as required
