We used Peter and his team from Lightning Asbestos Removal for the adaptive reuse of our property “The Old Lithgow TAFE”.
Peter and his team
• Demolished The 800m2 brick and metal machinery shed.
• Demolished the asbestos fibro cottage
• Stripped out the main building for construction including removing the asbestos lino square tiles
• Removed the old asbestos shingle tile roof off the very high 2-3 storey building, 1000m2 of tiles.
We have been very impressed with site cleanliness, attention to detail and punctuality.

Hi i offered to write this as this business is THE REAL DEAL Honest & Transparent . In June my home & everything in it burnt to the ground. I contacted LARS as home needed to be removed before anything else could be done .Peter was kind empathic and totally transparent about the whole process WITH NO HIDDEN EXCLUSION'S and a very competitive price. Peter and his team took the worry out of the whole process & finished job well under the timeframe that he predicted .I cant thank them all enough .Absolutely nothing was a problem ,was welcome on site where all Covid guidelines were in place . 100% recommend this company ,from the office whos communication was fast and clear to the fellas on the ground.
