How Long Does It Take To Cremate A Pet?
30 mins to 3 hours depending on the size of your companion. Your companion has their cremation within 1 to 2 business days of arriving with us.
How are the pets treated at your facility?
All pets are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, as they deserve.
What If My Pet Dies At Home? Can you collect my pet from my home?
Our emergency home visit service is available from 7 till 7, 7 days week, please leave us a message if you require our services and we will return your call as soon as possible or if outside these hours when we reopen. There are times when we are unable to cover weekends but our message will let you know we are not available. Keep your companion wrapped in a sheet or towel and as cool as possible to we can get there.
