NSW Trustee & Guardian - Enquiries

NSW Trustee & Guardian (NSWTG) is a government provider of independent trustee and financial management services. Part of the NSW Department of Justice, we help people in NSW plan ahead for some of their most critical life decisions through making a Will, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship appointment. NSWTG can also act as an independent executor to manage the administration of deceased estates, or manage a person’s financial and legal affairs under a Power of Attorney or financial management order. The Public Guardian, through a court or tribunal appointment, makes health and lifestyle decisions for people with a decision-making disability, while also promoting the rights and interests of people with disability.
