Old Town Plaza Newsagency

Shopkeeper both yelled at me for questioning why they refuse to take my instant scratchie tickets from my 8 year old which I did not know was disallowed by law. Rather than explaining why they refused her, they both yelled and were rude. One said to go somewhere else if I resist her service which I was not. I advised to communicate properly no need to yell but she said no that is just the way she was brought up!!

I stood in line waiting to be served. Was meant to be served next when newsagency staff proceeded to serve a customer who came in after me. When I complained I was told to 'Calm down'. Felt discriminated against!!!
