I found Paulene through searching "best process servers on the Central Coast". I chose to go with her due to her very good reviews here on yellow pages. She was very prompt to answer the phone, reasonable pricing, very knowledgable and put my mind at ease instantly as i had not had to serve someone with documents before. She attended after hours (which makes perfect sense) and served the person on the first go. This review was completely unprompted from Paulene, I am just a happy customer and believe you to be in excellent hands should you cross paths with Paulene.

I engaged Paulene after terminating my agreement with a previous provider who had failed to take any meaningful steps over a two-week period. From the outset, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Within just two days, she successfully effected service of the sealed Court documents. Although the Respondent was initially to be served at her place of work, Paulene showed initiative when the Respondent was not present. She discreetly spoke with the business owner, then located and served the Respondent down the road. In contrast, the previous process server would have simply gone home, as he did on his first and only genuine attempt. Paulene’s conduct was consistently professional, reliable, and reassuring. She kept me fully informed throughout, acted quickly, and delivered the result that was urgently required. Her communication was fantastic. I emailed her all the required documents with an expectation that it may take a week. She responded that she would attempt to serve the documents the following day though a few hours later i received confirmation the documents had been served. Her pricing is also very competitive.
