NEQC provides quality services and facilities to support all ages and capabilities to enjoy horses.
The National Equestrian Centre's objective is to provide world class assignment, instruction and training and to continually improve and expand the support and services for equestrian activities in the ACT region and beyond.
Is there anything more special than introducing your kids to their good friend pony on their birthdays? The National Equestrian Centre Poplar Corner Pony Rides in Canberra City is just the place to make your kid’s day special. You can arrange birthday parties and pony ride options at reasonable prices. Our equestrians are extremely friendly with children and they remain by your kid’s side throughout the event. There is no reason to fret about the riding session as we teach your kids the basics of mounting and galloping.
Our facility has ample space and the children are going to adore the scenic landscape. Apart from birthday parties, you can also hire our ponies for fairs, school fetes, Christmas Dos and more. We do appear at various events, most notably in the Royal Canberra Show and we are always showered with lots of love. Our experienced equestrians believe that pony riding is a life-changing experience as it teaches children about communication, teamwork, recognising non-verbal cues and more.
