My husband had his hair trimmed at this salon Friday night. What an upset and trauma that ended in. The young man that cut his hair never listened too how we wanted it cut , after a lot of attempt in trying to tell him please dont cut off any more , his reaction was just shut up or I will tape your mouth. He advised my husband who is an Senior that he was cutting his hair and wanted to do it his way. Things ended badly when I said no more , as this is not the way we had asked . He then pulled the cape off my husband and told us rudely to go. We have never in our lives met such a rude young man. My husband has been getting his hair cut for over 65 years and never ever had a problem with any hairdresser or complained ever in his life till now. I believe we thought no matter how they feel about your hair an opinion can be given , but never not listen to the client on how would like it to be cut. They will not have to worry about him again as he would never go back.
