Ricky's Refrigeration & Airconditioning

We engaged Ricky’s to replace our Dometic fridge in our caravan. We traveled to his place and left the van there for 6 weeks. During this period we had to ring him on several occasions to find out where we were with the replacement, and he would always complain about Dometic supplies. Eventually we contacted Dometic and were surprised to find out that the fridge had been sent nearly 2 weeks ago to his supposed workshop. We then waited another 2 weeks for him to install it. When we went to pick up our van he claimed he was sick and for us to pick it up. He wasn’t anywhere to be seen. This is when we noticed that he had removed and replaced the fridge but had dragged it over the floor and ruined our 14-month-old vans flooring. He finally answered phone and refused that it was him. We have then contacted Dometic who have sat on their hands. Ricky never answers the phone, emails and would have to be the worst tradesperson we have ever dealt with. Steer clear from all dealings with this cowboy, we should have read the warning signs after meeting him & his place of business. There are plenty of other refrigeration companies around Shepparton, please don’t go near him!

Ricky answered the phone straight away and was sympathetic to our travel plans. I would recommend him to all travellers.
