My experience with Singer Australia in Seven hills has been a completely abysmal experience. After discussing a return of an item that my husband bought as a gift. (Return NOT accepted as outside newly adopted company policy ((convenient)) even though I could not make it to the store during the return period due to Covid & vaccination constraints and phones were not being answered during that time) The manager on duty scoffed and laughed that “If it was actually a gift it is very STRANGE gift”. My husband bought it for me out of a gesture of love after a particularly hard year for me personally. It was a gift of the purest kind. And to be shamed and judged for a gift of this nature was unkind. While it may seem “strange” to MG (manager on duty at the seven hills location December 13th). My husband gave me a gift of time to ease my effort around the house of something that I genuinely like doing. That was wrong Manager (name can’t be admitted). And I hope that you do not experience that type of ridicule and judgement for anything someone does for you. I am not materialistic, but I know my gift was given from a pure heart. Please don’t shame that.

Excellent service and helpful advice! David is so honest and professional!

I rang because I had a problem with my feed dogs, and David very helpfully guided me over the phone how to fix the problem. When I couldn't get the cover off I brought it into the service centre, and David fixed it on the spot, even adjusting the bobbin tension when he noticed it was a bit out. When I went to pay he insisted on not charging me anything. I found him so trustworthy and honest I would definitely use him for all service and repairs in future!

Thank you to the gentleman whom I spoke to earlier today, 5/8/15, regarding my Singer Overlocker. I will certainly recommend anyone needing repairs to contact them, without any hesitation. Honesty is very rare these days.
