How can I speak to a solicitor, and how much will it cost?

Free telephone advice and information is provided Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm. Our staff will complete an intake and organise a time for one of our solicitors to call you back. No referral or application is needed to access our service. There is no cost for any service received from Shoalcoast, however there can be costs associated with legal proceedings.

What can you help me with?

South Coast & Country Community Law can assist with Family and Civil Law. Problems include tenancy, neighbour disputes, traffic fines, separation and divorce, wills and estates, personal safety including ADVOs, APVOs and victims’ services claims, employment law, consumer law and credit and debt. Unfortunately, we are not able to represent you in court. Check out our flyer or website for more information.

Are you a local service, or will I have to travel to meet you?

While the Shoalcoast head office is located in Nowra, we have solicitors who work remotely and offer regular outreach appointments. We have outreach locations in Wreck Bay, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, Moruya, Bega, Eden, Queanbeyan and Cooma, and we also offer telephone advice so we can reach you anywhere within our service area.
