Call this company if you want your air con fixed by people who are knowledgeable and charge a fair price.

I had another company out to look at my ducted heating system as a zone had stopped working but they couldn't seem to help me, telling me it was an "old" system but seemed strange as the house is only 7 years old. Called these people and they were fantastic. Explained everything, ordered the part and got the problem fixed quickly - also cost less than what the previous person had me expecting to pay. Will definitely use again in the future if I have any more heating problems.

Had Southside out today to service our Braemar 10 point ducted heating system today before winter sets in.
They did a fantastic job installing all in one day last year. Also happy with the size unit they provided quickly heats our large home. Best investment I've made to the house to date.
Reasonable priced, didn't push me to purchase more expensive units like others quoted for.
Happy customer, will continue to recommend them to anyone needing ducted heating.

Our house has finally been put back to normal after freezing with no heater. Can't thank you enough especially Robyn for getting it in as soon as you could!

Avoid! I'm still waiting 12 months for them to fix a problem. Never repy to emails or calls. When I finally spoke to the manager, still nothing.

Southside Plumbing installed ducted heating into my rental property in Frankston. The staff in the office were very friendly, helpful and patient with me and the boys that came out to do the job were great. I've even asked them now to come out to do the plumbing and gas work for me as well on this renovation. Sylvia.

A bit slow with completing work but otherwise quite good. They did respond well to the first call out.

They initially responded quickly for a quote, however three (3) messages left later we had no further response to our enquiries. Very disappointed in there service and we went elsewhere.

Called Southside on the Monday and new ducted heating on the Friday.. Very helpful and knowledgable staff, highly recommended.
