Took 2hr to fix 5 sinks and no problems since great customer service

This company seems to be dodgy. Our insurer

(RAC) sub-contracted to them for cyclone repairs to our home. It's been nearly 11 months and we are still waiting for our repairs. When we complained to RAC we found out that Stateside Maintenance had told them the repairs were completed and he already got paid by RAC!! He's "promised" about 8 times to come and fix the damage before Christmas but it never happened and we are all still waiting. Unfortunately we are already back in cyclone seasons with a damaged house, and continue to pay high premiums to RAC. The whole thing is getting referred to the complaints tribunal, as we just want our house fixed and secure. It's only luck that another cyclone hasn't come along. We obviously are unhappy with the quality provided by RAC to sub-contract out to these guys in the first place. But we also cannot recommend using Stateside Maintenance Geraldton, as they lie continuously and have accepted payment by the insurer while knowing that they never completed the works. We do not recommend this company.
